As technology advances, ensuring the right to "personal privacy" has become more complex. Individuals often find themselves unable to ascertain how their personal data is collected and utilized online, as it gradually slips beyond their individual control in imperceptible ways. This has become a significant hidden risk in the context of rapid technological development.
隨著科技發展，「個人隱私」這項權益的保護也越趨複雜，人們無法得知個人資訊在網路上如何被搜集與應用，它以難以察覺的方式逐漸脫離個體的掌控，這成為科技快速發展下的重大隱患。
Using this topic as a foundation, I explore how privacy has evolved over time and the impact of technology on privacy.
我以該議題為出發點，探討隱私是如何隨著時代演進而產生改變、科技又是如何影響了人們的隱私。
After extensive literature review, I found that while people are aware their privacy is slipping from their grasp and express concern about it, they still view this as an inevitable trend driven by technological advancement. Therefore, I believe the first issue to address is the sense of powerlessness people feel regarding their privacy.
經過大量的文獻梳理，我發現人們雖然知道自己的隱私正在失去掌控，並對此感到擔憂，但仍認為這是科技發展下不可避免的趨勢，因此我認為首先應該解決的是人們對隱私的無力感。
