Problem
Aindo is a startup that provides synthetic data solutions for the finance and healthcare industries. Founded by engineers, the company has strong technical capabilities, but its interface and interaction design were not aligned with user expectations. As a result, users found it difficult to quickly get started, and often encountered friction during key workflows.
aindo是間新創公司，為金融業及醫療產業提供合成數據之服務，創辦人是工程師背景，擁有強大的技術力，但介面及操作不符合使用者直覺，因此使用者難以快速上手操作平台、使用流程經常受阻。
Solution
To address these issues, we conducted research including market positioning, user analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Based on these insights, we restructured the information architecture to create more intuitive user flows. In addition, we refined the interface logic to make the platform easier to understand and use, allowing even first-time users to get started more efficiently.
針對該問題，我們進行了相關研究，包含市場定位、用戶分析、競爭者研究，並根據研究結果重新進行資訊架構，為使用者提供更加直覺的使用流程；除此之外，我們也優化介面邏輯，讓使用者即使是第一次使用平台，也能快速上手。
